Wherever we live, there will always be living costs to cover. If living independently at home, there may be mortgage or rent payments, utility costs such as electricity, water, and waste collection, as well as grocery and daily household expenses. If household staff are employed, there will also be salary, holiday bonus (THR), and other employment-related costs.
Living at a Senior Living community naturally comes with its own costs as well, but many aspects of daily life become easier to manage. As an integrated senior living precinct, RUKUN Senior Living offers several types of residences and levels of care tailored to residents' needs and preferences. For this reason, cost calculations begin with a Wellness Assessment conducted with our medical staff to determine the combination of facilities and services that can provide the best care for each resident.
As an illustration, the cost for one independent resident in a suite apartment at the resort facility starts from IDR 800,000/day. This rate already includes the Activity Program, Health Monitoring and Doctor Consultation, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping & Laundry, scheduled field trips, and use of available resort facilities. Discounts are available for longer stays under monthly and annual contracts. Where indicated by the Wellness Assessment, additional services are available, such as Assisted Living for residents who require support with daily living activities, Physiotherapy for those needing physical rehabilitation, and medical services such as wound care and other treatments.
